Intro

BOX17 makes acoustic office booths. It sells across Europe, partly direct and partly through dealers.

The project came to us through a design pitch. There was one month from signing the contract to the trade fair. In that time: a brand refresh, 16 subpages, four language versions and a CMS for products and projects.

The challenge

There are plenty of acoustic booths on the market, and at first glance there is little to tell them apart. The choice comes down to details: soundproofing, ventilation, materials, finish.
‍
The website had to show those details and be proof of the build quality itself. In the furniture industry, how you present a product is part of the offer.
‍
On top of that, three different audiences, including one that resells the booths in its own language and its own market.

Direction

Dealers shaped the structure. If the website was going to sell through partners, every product needed its own page, and every page needed all four languages from day one.

We presented the booths so they can be compared with competitors without opening a second tab. Dimensions and technical data are there, tucked away for anyone who needs them. Downloadable brochures help the person who has to take the offer to their boss.

Every page has one clear path to an enquiry, no searching required.

Who it's for

Three people, three different reasons to visit.
‍

  • The business owner. Compares several similar offers. Needs to remember what makes this one different.
  • The dealer. Resells the booths in their own market. The website has to work for them, in their language.
  • Someone from HR or office management. Tasked with finding booths. Doesn't decide alone, so needs something that will convince the board.

Testimonials

“We did the whole thing in just a few weeks”

Grzegorz Nawrocki

Marketing Manager BOX17

Michał built my new Box17 website, from the Figma design to the Webflow build, and I have to say it was a great experience.

He has a great eye for aesthetics and at the same time handles the technical details, so everything works and looks exactly as it should.

He picked up my ideas quickly and, when needed, convinced me to try his. He also added a few spot-on pieces of copy that complemented the project perfectly.

We did the whole thing in just a few weeks, mainly thanks to Michał's huge commitment and wide-ranging skills.

Building Poddie's

configuration to order.

Supporting the Poddie team on a new line of acoustic booths: a configurator with live preview, orders in multiple currencies and a Salesforce integration.

CineLine

Two different services,
one consistent website

A new website built from scratch for CineLine: film post-production for producers and their own eDelivery system for delivering films to cinemas.

Michał gave the site an artistic look that fits our needs perfectly. He was easy to work with, and communication was refreshingly informal.
