Intro

911 Garage is a place for people obsessed with Porsche. Over the years they built a reputation as experts in the brand, and they are the first and only company in Poland to work with a renowned foreign manufacturer on regular joint projects.

At some point they decided on a step that changed everything: moving from a garage to their own facility. A new location built from scratch, with service, offices, a sales space and a meeting place for the whole community.

For this move they needed someone to handle the communication around the whole event and build a website that matched who they had become on the other side of the gate.

The challenge

The problem wasn't that the website was old. It was that the whole brand was about to make a leap, and nothing online was keeping up.
‍
The company was heading towards a wider offer, more serious sales and the international market. The website from the garage days had no room for any of that. On top of that came launch day: one day that had to show the community that 911 Garage now played in a different league.
‍
The hardest part, though, wasn't logistics but balance. The website had to delight a petrolhead who knows every chassis number by heart, without scaring off a mum who drives the kids to school in her Porsche. Both at once.

Direction

We started with coffee at their workshop. We went on site, met the people, learned their story and where they want to be in a few years. Three things came out of those conversations that shaped the whole project:
‍

  • The offer was going to grow. They planned to sell more services, so each one needed its own place on the website, not one sentence in a paragraph.
  • Sales were going to get serious. Cars couldn't be an afterthought. They needed a place where cars are shown and sold, not just mentioned.
  • The market was going to be wider than Poland. Hence English and German versions from day one, not someday later.

Who it's for

The people we designed for. Instead of guessing, we described exactly who visits this website:
‍

  • Andrzej. A petrolhead with a budget. He has been thinking about buying for a long time and knows the subject better than many salespeople. He wants to see people at his level on the other side.
  • Anita. Drives an SUV and came in for a tyre change. She doesn't care about the chassis number, only whether she's leaving her car in good hands.

What we delivered

The result

911 Garage moved into the new facility fully equipped: a new website in three languages, a refreshed brand and an event that showed the community where they are now.

The website shows their love of cars while presenting their services and selling cars. The team runs it themselves and adds new offers and projects as they go.

But the best proof came later. 911 Garage started speaking in its own voice, without us. They launched a YouTube channel, document their work and build a brand the Polish car community knows and likes. We didn't just build them a website. We showed them how to tell their story, and they ran with it.

CineLine

Two different services,
one consistent website

A new website built from scratch for CineLine: film post-production for producers and their own eDelivery system for delivering films to cinemas.

Michał gave the site an artistic look that fits our needs perfectly. He was easy to work with, and communication was refreshingly informal.
