B2B Web Design

We design the
first impression

We design and build B2B websites that position companies above their competitors and turn visits into conversations.

Web design for B2B

Your website isn't
bringing in sales?

The problem may not be where you're looking.
These are the website problems we're asked
to fix most often.

01

The company moved on, the website stayed put

Your offer has matured, you know who you sell to, your positioning has deepened, and the website is still a few years behind the company.

02

Clients don't get your value from the website

The site sounds generic and the message gets lost in industry jargon. The decision-maker scans the page and leaves.

03

Traffic, but no
good enquiries

Ads and posts bring people in, but the site talks to everyone at once. You hear from those looking for the cheapest option, while the companies you care about don't see themselves in it.

What to expect

Content where clients look for it

We order the content the way clients look for it. In seconds they know what you do
and where to go next.

Strategy first, then pixels

Before we start designing, we know who visits the site and why. Every design decision
has a reason behind it.

Copy and layout come together

We don't design empty boxes to fill in later. The layout follows from what you have to say.

We think in components

We build a system you use to put together new pages and landing pages. A new section takes hours, and your budget works smarter.

Every element
has a purpose

Nothing goes on the page because it fills the space nicely. Every section has a decision behind it: why it is there and what it should do.

Design and code
under one roof

No handover between designer and developer, so nothing gets lost along the way and nothing needs explaining. Your budget goes into the work, not into coordination.

Process

Good websites start with well-organised work. Here's how we do it.

Michał built my new Box17 website, from the Figma design to the Webflow build, and I have to say it was a great experience.

He has a great eye for aesthetics and at the same time handles the technical details, so everything works and looks exactly as it should.

He picked up my ideas quickly and, when needed, convinced me to try his. He also added a few spot-on pieces of copy that complemented the project perfectly.

We did the whole thing in just a few weeks, mainly thanks to Michał's huge commitment and wide-ranging skills.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we start working together? Here are the ones we hear most often. Yours isn't here? Write to us, we reply personally.

How long does a website take?

From 3 weeks to a few months, depending on scope. A standard website (home, service or product, about, contact) usually takes around 6 weeks. Larger projects with many pages, language versions or custom code take longer, but we set the schedule at the start and stick to it.

What does the price depend on?

Mainly on scope: the number of pages, whether you need branding and copy, how many language versions there are and whether the project needs non-standard solutions (animations, custom code, integrations). The deadline matters too. We price every project individually after a conversation where we agree what the website should achieve. We're not the cheapest option on the market, but design and build happen under one roof, so your budget goes further.

What if I have a tight deadline?

That is our speciality. We take on projects with hard deadlines (trade fairs, launches, campaigns) and deliver on time. For demanding deadlines we charge an extra fee, because the project becomes our priority and takes our full attention.

Will I be able to edit the website myself after launch?

Yes. We build websites on editable templates, so your team can add pages and posts and change content without a developer. We also record training videos for your specific website, so it is easy to manage from day one.

What if I don't have photos or content for the website?

That is common. If you are missing materials, we can put together a team to cover what the project needs: copy, photos, graphics. You get a complete set, and we make sure it all holds together.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. The first month after launch is free. After that we can agree on a monthly package of hours for ongoing site management, changes and optimisation. To us a website is a product, not a project that ends at launch.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. We run projects in Polish and English, and build websites in as many language versions as you need. Some of our clients sell in Germany and across Europe, so we plan the foreign-language versions from day one instead of adding them later.
