Webflow Development

We launch faster.
We build to last.

Webflow development for B2B companies: fast, reliable websites, built efficiently and ready to grow. Where Webflow is not enough, we write code.

Webflow for B2B

What is an unreliable website costing you?

Slow loading means lost leads. Outages cost your team's time. Every change that needs a developer delays your marketing. These costs rarely show up in the budget, but they are real.

01

Your site takes
too long to load

Visitors leave before they see your offer, and search engines push you down. You lose traffic you have already paid for.

02

The site keeps breaking and needs constant fixes

Instead of growing the site, you are putting out fires. Every update risks breaking something again.

03

Making changes keeps you up at night

Without reusable components, launching a new campaign means improvising every time instead of getting on with it.

We build without cutting

are the foundation

of every project.

What to expect

Speed from day one

We watch speed at every stage of the build. The site is fast because it was built that way from the ground up.

You manage
your content

We set up the CMS around your needs, and you get training videos recorded for your website.

We get the most out of our tools

We review our tools continuously and switch when something better comes along. We don't stick with an old solution just because we know it.

Launch
in two weeks

We can build a standard website in as little as two weeks. For a larger scope, we give you a date once we have seen the design, and we stick to it.

Your site grows
with you

After launch we come back with data and add what comes next: new pages, campaign landing pages, fixes where something isn't working. The first month of support is included.

We connect the tools you already use

Analytics, forms, CRM, automations. We connect what your marketing uses, so your data flows freely.

Process

Builds are where delays and surprises happen most easily. That is why every stage has its own deadline and you see progress as it happens.

01

Handoff and audit

Design review, structure check, technical scope.

1 week

What we do

We take over the Figma design, check its structure and completeness, and flag the places that need custom solutions.

What you get

A technical scope, a build schedule and a list of things to close before we start.

02

Architecture and components

Site structure, components, CMS collections.

1 week

What we do

We build the site structure, a system of reusable components and CMS collections for your content.

What you get

A foundation that makes it easy to add a new page or campaign without rebuilding the whole site.

03

Build and optimisation

Every page, animations, interactions, speed.

2 weeks

What we do

We assemble every page and add animations and interactions. We optimise speed and stability as we go.

What you get

A finished website true to the design, fast on every device and tested before launch.

04

Launch and handover

Publishing, analytics, testing, handover.

2 weeks

What we do

We publish, connect analytics, test and hand the site over to your team.

What you get

A working website, access to traffic data and training videos recorded for your project.

Testimonials

“The website looks exactly as we designed it”

Czarek Piast

Czarek Piast

Co-founder, Mush Studio

We spent a long time looking for the right developer to build our design. We were lucky to find Michał.

The website looks exactly as we designed it, and throughout the process Michał was incredibly communicative and quick to answer all our questions.

He always made sure everything worked perfectly. He didn't skip a single comment or note.

It was our first project together, but certainly not the last.

Frequently asked questions

Considering working with us but still have questions? These are the ones we hear most. If yours is more specific, write to us. We reply personally.

Why Webflow and not WordPress?

Webflow is quicker to work with and doesn't need constant maintenance. There are no plugins to update and no risk that an update breaks something. Hosting is included, the site loads faster and your team can edit content without a developer. It is also more flexible to design in, so the site doesn't look like a template. WordPress makes sense for a large online shop or when you need specific industry plugins.

What if the design is incomplete or some screens are missing?

We can finish the design. For a larger scope we quote a fixed price; for smaller gaps we bill hourly (€35 net per hour). We always agree this at the start, so there are no surprises.

How long does a build take?

We can put up a simple website in a day. For more complex projects, the time depends on complexity and the pace of communication, so we set a realistic schedule once we have seen the design.

Will our team be able to edit the website themselves?

Yes. We build templates you can duplicate and publish yourselves without a developer. If you would rather not deal with it, we can look after the site and handle changes for you.

Are there extra costs besides the build?

Yes. You need to add the Webflow plan and any add-ons. These are not included in the build price, because you pay them directly to Webflow and you own the account.

What if the design changes after launch?

We bill changes after launch hourly (€35 net per hour). If there are more changes and they are regular, we can agree on a fixed monthly package of hours.

Is Webflow a lock-in? What if we want to leave?

You can export the site's code and download your CMS content. You are not locked in forever, although moving to another platform always takes work. The same goes for WordPress or any other system.

Do you migrate from WordPress? Will we lose our Google rankings?

Yes, we do. When moving, we set up redirects from the old URLs to the new ones and keep the content structure, so you don't lose what is already in search engines.

Is Webflow suitable for large websites?

Yes. We have built websites with over a dozen pages, several language versions and an extensive CMS. Webflow's limits are high enough that they are not a problem for a typical B2B website.
