Privacy Policy

Effective from 19 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through nicetumeetu.com and when contacting companies we reach out to first, why we collect it and what rights you have.

Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Jacek Gabryelewicz, running a sole proprietorship under the name GABRYELEWICZ JACEK STUDIO - 2, ul. Łąkowa 11, 62-023 Borówiec, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7821476486, REGON 300274828.

Your contact person for data protection matters is Michał Gabryelewicz: michal@nicetumeetu.com.

What data we collect and why

We collect the data you give us yourself when you write to us through the contact form or by email. In the form this means: your name, company name, email address or phone number, information about your project (scope, timeline, budget, description) and, optionally, a link to your brief.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the website: pages visited, clicks and scrolling, approximate location, and device and browser type. We do not link this information to your name or email address.

Purposes and legal bases for processing (GDPR):

  • Replying to your message and discussing a possible project: Art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us).
  • Visit statistics and analysing how you use the website: Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent given in the cookie banner).
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we cannot reply to you. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.

Data of people we contact first

If we contacted you first, your data comes from publicly available business sources: the Apollo.io database, your LinkedIn profile or your company website.

In that case we process: your first and last name, job title, company name, business email address and, if available, business phone number.

We do this to ask whether our services could be useful to your company. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing of our own services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can object at any time: just reply to our message or email michal@nicetumeetu.com. From that moment we stop contacting you, and you do not need to give a reason.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Only the companies whose services we use to run the website, email and business outreach may have access to it:

  • Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form handling),
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (email and Google Analytics),
  • Apollo.io, Inc. (business contact database and email sending).

Some of these companies process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation lasts, and then for up to 3 years after the last contact, in case of legal claims. If we sign a contract, we keep the data needed for invoicing for as long as tax law requires. If we contacted you first and you did not reply, we delete your data no later than 12 months after our last message. If you object, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again. Data from analytics tools is deleted automatically after 14 months at the latest.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have your data corrected,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including being contacted about our services (no reason needed),
  • withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, email michal@nicetumeetu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland), or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies

The website uses two types of cookies:

  • essential cookies, needed for the website to work. They are always on (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser storage,
  • analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which show us how people use the website. They are only switched on after you consent in the banner.

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you give consent, Google Analytics does not set cookies or assign you an identifier, but it may send Google basic information about the visit (for example, that a page was opened) without linking it to you.

You can change your choice at any time below or by deleting cookies in your browser.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it took effect.
